Word & Worship – Almighty God

Today we take time to reflect on a precious verse and a beautiful song.   We call it Word & Worship.

With passion He saved us; it’s with passion we worship.

“What can I offer the Lord for all he has done for me? I will lift up the cup of salvation and praise the Lord’s name for saving me.” Psalms‬ ‭116:12-13‬ ‭NLT‬‬

As we continue this week of our series, Passion & Purpose, we’d do well to remember and amplify the passion that our Savior poured out for us, as it was His purpose to save us. There is nothing we can do to repay God for this amazing gift that we do not deserve, that’s so freely given. All we can do is praise and worship Him for all He has done, giving ourselves back to Him.

Passion for passion, we worship the One who gave everything for us, with everything in us.

OUR WORSHIP for TODAY:  Almighty God Passion: Sean Curran

We pray you feel His passion for you as you worship today with a response of passionate praise back to your King. Be blessed.

So we shout from the depths of our redeemed lungs

For the blood that You shed as our ransom

Hear the sound, heaven shake be exalted

King of Glory overflow

Almighty God, forever You reign

We worship You, for even the grave

You overcome

We magnify, Your people rejoice

We hands held high, forever we sing

You overcome

What kind of judge will leave his chambers

To pardon prodigals and thieves

With a crown thorns, the veil was torn for me

What gets you excited?  Read along with us for the next few weeks as we explore purpose and passion.
