Fearless for God

Are you a dreamer? Dreamers are doers. And doers are FEARLESS.

This year I prayed for a word that God was going to activate in my spirit and He gave me “fearless.”

Fearless for what?

I asked the same and am still uncertain of what lies ahead of me that is going to take some bravery to obtain, but I am certain that whatever it is, it’s already done. God already has it all planned out.

The same goes for you. I do not know what your life currently looks like, but I do know that you are chosen for something GRAND. Whether you are enduring the wilderness or rejoicing on a peak, you are going to need a little bit of fearlessness to reach that ultimate thing.

God does not only desire but He NEEDS the sacrificial surrender of His sons and daughters to embrace the unknown without fear of the future.

Maybe He has already revealed to you visions and dreams of what’s to come but not all of the steps to get there. This may slow down some of you that are in a hurry, but the Spirit does not shine a spotlight on the entire path – He lights it up step by step.

Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.  Psalm 119:105

So, when you find yourself certain of the calling, uncertain of the process, and low on faith, keep walking forth. Keep drawing near to the Lord of peace and joy as He illuminates the chosen path before you.

Let us be so on fire for God that the ocean can’t even tame it.  Relentlessly fanning into flames a fearless courage to pursue His will – no matter what that looks like. We were each sent to this world to fulfill a purposeful mission that’s certainly bigger than ourselves, undoubtedly requiring sacrifice, and absolutely impossible without Him. This world needs YOU.

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,  Ephesians 3:20 

Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire for Jesus, my friend. Wait and see dreams come true as they exceed your wildest prayers. 

“She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” Proverbs 31:25
