Word & Worship – Like An Avalanche

Today we take time to reflect on a precious verse and a beautiful song.                                                               We call it Word & Worship.

The full weight of God’s love and grace for us is immeasurable and deserves all our devotion.

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will— to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us.” Ephesians 1:3-7

How great is the love of the Father that He would choose us to pour out his blessings and love on us when we did absolutely nothing to deserve it.  Such love and sacrifice is worthy of all praise and devotion.  We love because He first loved us; because we’re saved by grace and of nothing of our own doing.

OUR WORSHIP for TODAY:  Like An Avalanche – Hillsong United

Let the love and grace of God cover you like and avalanche.  Allow the words of this song to penetrate your spirit and cave into your love for Him.

Take my life
Take all that I am
With all that I am I will love You
Take my heart
Take all that I have
Jesus how I adore You.
