Word & Worship – Soar

Today we take time to reflect on a precious verse and a beautiful song.                                                               We call it Word & Worship.

OUR WORD for TODAY:

Trust in the Lord regardless of your reality and He will renew your strength.

Sometimes our circumstances can overwhelm us and we allow ourselves to lose focus and hope.  But His Word promises breakthrough, relief, and blessings.  He’s with us in every trial.  The current reality may look hopeless but if we turn our focus on God and continue to pursue Him we will find rest.

“But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.”  Isaiah‬ ‭40:31‬ ‭NLT‬‬

He will never leave or forsake us.  He is with us in everything and is working on our behalf.  He only has good things for us.

OUR WORSHIP for TODAY:  Soar – Meredith Andrews

The words of this song are so very powerful.  Release your burdens and cares to the One who wants to carry it all.  Let your trust be renewed as you soar on wings like eagles.  He’s got this.

You’re a river when the ground I walk is dry.                    You will set the crooked straight,                                                                                                                Clear my path, make a way.                                You will lead me from the valley to the heights.
