We take a Breath Day today.
A day to breathe in a Powerful Promise from His Word.
A day to breathe out a Prayerful Praise to our Heavenly Father.
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. Ephesians 4:32
To be kind and compassionate does not have to be something we do that is a big thing. The little things we do for others count as much to God as the big things.
Simply touching a shoulder, acknowledging a hurt or just saying, “I am here.” It’s serving others right where they are. It’s walking beside someone, sharing their burden and saying, “I love you. Let me help.”
We cannot do great deeds, but we can do small deeds with great love. -Mother Teresa
Last week in our series, “Learning From Their Experiences,” we explored the life of the Prophet’s Widow. If you are new to our blog or have missed a post, we invite you to read what we have learned from her and how her experience could apply to our lives today.
