Breath Day

It takes breath to speak words.

Genesis 1:3 ~ Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light…”

The Breath of God spoke the World into existence.

At Breath on Paper we believe memorizing scripture is the best way to get the Word of God in our heart.

Today we have chosen a beautiful verse to remind us that God works all things for our good.  Even when we think there is no way that something good could ever come out of the mess we made or the trouble that happened to us, He does.  He works ALL things for good!

Print the photo below and put it on your refrigerator, tape it to your bathroom mirror, post it over your computer at work, or save it as your lock screen on your phone.  Get it into your heart so you can breathe The Word.

Read the verse below.  Close your eyes and ask God how many times He wants you to write it.  Open your journal and write it exactly like He put it for you and as many times as you heard Him say.  Now ask God what He wants to show you about this verse.   Write what you hear in your journal.  Let your head get out of the way and allow the words to flow through your pen.  Write from your heart.   ~   It’s Breath on Paper.

  1. All things, not just some or a few.. all things.
All thing, All things, All things…. I can still hear myself repeating it over and over. Hoping my heart would catch on.
October marked 2 years I was given a diagnosis of an autoimmune disease. Just the word disease rocks your world and throws you to your knees.
I can’t say that the past two years have been this great , amazing journey Father has taken me on,( it has been the hardest of my life) but what I can say is that I know this did not come from my Father’s hand, because He has a good plan for me, and I will fight.
I certainly would not have chosen this for myself ….but I can say …that I would not trade it for a second because of who He has become to me and how it has changed my life.
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
What the enemy meant for harm God used it for good. Genesis 50:20
